The evening features music by Anna Thorvaldsdottir\, Katherine Balch\, Igor Santos\, and Helmut Lachenmann’s seminal work\, Serynade. The program explores the idea of resonance and how sound is created on the piano\, while also asking the listener to reimagine the fundamental voice of the instrument.
