ICEBERG New Music Presents Loadbang

“A formidable new-music force” is how Time Out New York describes loadbang. The unique, lung-powered instrumentation of this virtuosic quartet has provoked diverse responses from composers, resulting in an inclusive snapshot of composition today. loadbang has premiered over 200 works, including pieces by David Lang and Charles Wuorinen, Andy Akiho and Paula Mattheson.
Join us on May 10, 2017 as loadbang premieres works by ICEBERG composers Drake Andersen, Alex Burtzos, Yu-Chun Chien, Max Grafe, and Jonathan Russ. Like every ICEBERG event, this concert features an open bar happy hour at 7:30, and a discussion with the composers and performers.
