This program features José Maurício Nunes Garcia’s Solo pieces for Harpsichord played by Prof. Mário Trilha, Phd at Universidade do Estado do Amazonas and a Multimedia work: José Maurício: Epiphany 250 by Composer Angelica Faria inspired by Garcia’s Work, performed by Orquestra Brasileira de Arte, Cultura e História – OBACH, from Brazil. José Maurício: Epiphany 250 also includes video projection by Brazilian artists: Bianca Rezende, Fernando Gonçalves and Giulia Donato. This Tribute will also include the world premiere of new works by guests contemporary composers of different cultures inspired by Garcia.
