  • This event has passed.

panSonus presents the world premiere of composer Max Vinetz’s “The New Manila Envelope”, an evening-length song cycle for soprano, percussion, and electronics. Fluidly combining voice, percussion, theater, and electronics, “The New Manila Envelope” explores the intersections of memory, identity, and transformation. This ambitious work is brought to life by panSonus, an interdisciplinary duo that seeks to promote and collaborate in the creation of unconventional and experimental works that transcend or abandon codified traditional musical practices. Join us for this landmark premiere. The performance takes place at 7:30 PM at the DiMenna Center for Classical Music (Cary Hall). Tickets and more information are available at the link.
