The Planets: The Family InsideOut Concerts Experience

Immerse your children in music and astronomy. You and your child will take your seat inside a full symphony orchestra and experience Gustav Holst’s The Planets as you never have. Not only will you hear, see and feel the music unfold around you sitting with the musicians inside the orchestra, but you will be treated to visuals and commentary produced by Dr. Jackie Faherty, Astrophysicist and Senior Scientist at the Hayden Planetarium and the American Museum of Natural History.

After this incredible experience combining sights and sounds, your child will have the opportunity to try the instruments of the orchestra in an Instrument Zoo sponsored by the Lucy Moses School at Kaufman Music Center.
