Three Piano Trios from America to the Moon

The Neave Trio performs Leonard Bernstein, Robert Paterson, and Russell Steinberg. Robert Paterson’s Moon Trio ranges from the dreamlike to the explosive. Russell Steinberg’s Paleface (World Premiere) includes video projection by acclaimed New York “psychological pop” artist Jerry Kearns to explore the persistence of the American hero myth, even as it breaks down on every level in contemporary society.
