A One Day Alcohol Permit is required from the NY State Liquor Authority in order to serve alcohol at your event at the DiMenna Center. The DiMenna Center must apply for this permit on your behalf.

Please fill out the required information below. In order to have your application processed in time, requests for alcohol permits must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the date of your event.

There is a $50 application fee which will be added to your invoice.
